東京⽣まれ、渡⽶後、武蔵野美術短期⼤学卒業。

arflex japanのインテリアコーディネーターを得て、インテリアスタイリストを機にʻ85年個⼈事務所を設⽴。

インテリアデザイン、家具・生活⽤品の商品開発デザインの他、六本⽊ヒルズ新規店舗「AGITO」、「LOFT」売場企画プロデュースなどのブランディングを⼿がける。

また「⽇常と⾮⽇常」（Ordinary but out of the Ordinary）シリーズのアート制作活動の他、書籍・雑誌・WEBサイトなどの執筆を行う。著書「SUCCESS WORK STYLING 成功する仕事場づくり」（ラトルズ出版）、同書台湾版、他多数。

Born in Tokyo, graduated from Musashino Art University.

After working as an interior coordinator at arflex Japan, she established her own office in 1985 as an interior stylist.

In addition to interior design and product development design for furniture and household goods, also worked on branding for the new Roppongi Hills store “AGITO” and the sales floor planning and production for “LOFT.”

In addition to create art for the “Ordinary but out of the Ordinary” series, she writes for books, magazines, websites, etc. She has written “SUCCESS WORK STYLING: Creating a Successful Workplace” (Rattles Publishing), the Taiwanese version of the same book, and many others.
